If you’re having trouble logging into the Glassboxx app, and see the message ‘Email address is not recognised’ on the login screen, or the book you purchased isn’t appearing in MY BOOKS in the app, please check the following:-

1. Log into your Glassboxx Vendor account at https://glassboxx.co.uk/login, go to BOOKS / Manage Books, and make sure the ISBN of the product you’ve added to Glassboxx is 100% identical to the ISBN/SKU you are passing in the SKU parameter of the createOrder request. The best value to use for both is the ISBN13 and must not contain dashes or spaces.

2. Make sure the email address you are using to sign in to the Glassboxx app is identical to the address passed in the email parameter of the createOrder request.

3. In your Glassboxx Vendor account, check that the SKU passed in the createOrder request has been added to your vendor account and that the book has a status of Enabled. Books with a status of Disabled cannot be delivered to the app because the asset files have not been received or successfully encrypted.
