Our Enterprise Direct solution includes all the features and benefits of Publisher Direct, but comes with our highest level of customisation yet. The key difference is that Enterprise offers you your own fully licensed version of Glassboxx, set up for you on a dedicated server.
Like Publisher Direct, you would continue to use your own website, or we can offer an eCommerce website as part of your solution. Our custom checkout is used and Glassboxx offers full merchant services across all digital and physical book sales.
With our Enterprise solution, your dashboard is branded and your reporting and analytics are bespoke. As well as our usual marketing functionality, you will receive additional marketing support, helping you to put your reports to good use in offering your readers more of what they are looking for.
As with our other solutions, B2B institutional sales can also be handled using Enterprise, making this multi-purpose and multi-market. Enterprise is completely scalable for future developments, and carries scope for multiple features and functions, including rentals/subscription models, and token pass-through, amongst other custom requirements.
Our enterprise solution also comes with our highly recommended and comprehensive customer services, covering both print and digital products.
We will set up a custom Help Scout area, and all emails will be branded to compliment your order confirmation emails, which will carry your branding and messaging, ensuring a fully tailored end-to-end customer experience.
