Glassboxx Direct Vendor Solution
If you're incorporating Glassboxx into an existing eCommerce website, use our Glassboxx Direct Vendor solution. This allows a single cart for all transactions (allows for print and digital bundling) and checkout, and you remain the merchant of record for all sales transactions, continue to utilise your chosen payment gateway/processors and continue to be responsible for all global sales tax calculations and payments.
Post sale, any physical books are processed and fulfilled by your appointed distributor. The digital book transaction details are passed via the API to Glassboxx to set up each customer’s account (using the customer’s sales transaction email address) and to populate the Glassboxx App and Browser Reader with the purchased titles.
We have Glassboxx Direct Vendor plugins/extensions for Magento, WooCommerce and Shopify. For other CMS’s we have a generic Sales API which can be embedded into your website – you’re likely to need a developer to help with this, or Glassboxx can do this for you.
