My email is not recognised or I don’t know my password. What’s wrong?

To read or listen to your books, you just need to download the app from our Downloads page and then login using the email address used when making your purchase. No password is necessary to log in to the app, but you are sent a verification code by email that you need to copy/paste into the app to log in.

If you see the message ‘Email address is not recognised’ when logging into the app, please make sure you are entering the email used when you made your purchase.

Please also note, logging in to the Vendor Login page (here) is not required to access your books or to use the apps.
