The app crashed, what should I do?

If the app has crashed, please uninstall the Glassboxx app, restart your device (this is important to make sure that any cached files are deleted) and then reinstall the Glassboxx app and log back in.  If this does not resolve the crash, please make sure your device is running the latest versions of Android or iOS, and then reinstall the Glassboxx app if necessary.
