I get a ‘Sorry, an error has occurred’ message. What should I do?

If you get a message saying ‘Sorry, an error has occurred’, we always advise that as a first step you should uninstall the Glassboxx app, restart your device (this is important to make sure that any cached files are deleted) and then reinstall Glassboxx app and log back in. This will resolve most problems.
