Glassboxx can bolt onto your website (with its existing eCommerce) in one of three ways: using our API (for almost any CMS), our Shopify app, or our WooCommerce plugin. Once you have set this up on your website, we receive order information when your readers purchase digital titles, and we fulfil the eBook or Audiobook order to their account on the Glassboxx apps. Their account is tied to the email they use to purchase your books.
When your readers buy from your website using Glassboxx, they can login and start reading in moments. All they need to do is download the Glassboxx apps (there will be links to these on your website and in purchase confirmation emails), and log in using the same email address they used when making their purchase. This will prompt a verification code, which they’ll receive to their email address, keeping everything secure. Their purchased books will be ready and waiting in the app.
We take a feed into Glassboxx Gateway (our file importer), which encrypts all your eBook and Audiobook files. We store the encrypted versions of your files and send these to readers when they purchase digital titles from you. Glassboxx Gateway requires that you have a title management system and ONIX 3.0.
Glassboxx provides customer services to ensure that your users can access their titles smoothly. All your readers have access to a help email address which our excellent customer service team monitor closely, with a commitment to offering market leading responsiveness and expertise. We use Help Scout, and make use of comprehensive reporting tools to keep you up to date with any trends emerging in the customer queries we receive.
