What’s the difference between Vendor and Vendor+?

All Glassboxx accounts are set up initially as Vendor+. This allows your end customers to purchase your audiobooks and eBooks as quickly as possible – you just need to put the links needed for end customers to make purchases on your website/social media accounts.

A Glassboxx Vendor account is used where your own website already has ecommerce. It provides digital fulfilment of audiobooks and eBooks for end customers that have placed an order and made their payment on your site. Once the end customer’s order is successful, your website sends their account and order details to Glassboxx, and the end customer can then use the Glassboxx app to listen and/or read their purchased audiobooks/eBooks.

A Glassboxx Vendor+ account is for websites that do not have ecommerce. In this case, Glassboxx provides the ecommerce as well as digital fulfilment. Your website should incorporate links we provide allowing the end customer to place their order and make their payment on Glassboxx. Once successfully placed, the end customer can then use the Glassboxx app to listen and/or read to their purchased audiobooks/eBooks.

The different methods of Vendor and Vendor+ can be used at the same time – it just gives you as many options to sell your titles as possible.
