We do regular checks on what has been uploaded manually and automatically to check if any asset files are missing from your book catalogue. If any are found to be missing, the books with missing assets (covers, ePubs/PDFs and/or mp3 files) are listed in the email.

If the missing assets are for pre-order books, as long as you makes sure the assets are uploaded before publication date, the end user will not be impacted.

If the missing assets are not pre-order books, it means we don’t have them, so you should contact your distributor and/or upload the assets yourself using one of the CONTENT UPLOAD options.
