If you’ve uploaded all your meta data and asset files to the FTP folder but nothing has appeared in Manage Books, there are a few things to check:-

i). Check your Automatic Importer settings

On CONTENT UPLOAD / Automatic Importer, check the ‘Include feed in importer’ switch is set to YES’.

ii). Wait for 24 hours

The importer runs overnight UK time, so check again tomorrow, and if nothing has appears, drop us a note at support@glassboxx.com

iii). Check the file names of the asset files you’re uploading

We need all your asset files to be named according to our naming convention, otherwise we can’t process them.

iv). Check your meta data

We need certain meta data for each product to be supplied, otherwise we can’t process it.
