Absolutely! To enhance the security of your data and assets, we use FTPS for FTP uploads so the data transferring is encrypted, as opposed to FTP where your data is sent unencrypted.

When you enter the FTP connection details you must make sure you set the encryption setting to explicitly require FTP over TLS (e.g. in FileZilla, the encryption setting is ‘Use explicit FTP over TLS if available’, see below)

(Please note SFTP is not supported.)
