If the online import process using the Manual Uploader is not suitable for you, please contact our Onboarding Team to discuss the Automatic Upload. With the Automatic Upload, you upload all your assets as described above to an FTP folder we define for you, and these get automatically processed on a daily basis at 4am UK time. The FTP details we give you can also be included in your asset management/distribution system (if you have one) so everything can be scheduled and automatically posted from your end as well.

If getting all of your content ready and uploaded is going to take a while, on the Automatic Uploader page, leave the ‘Include feed in importer’ switch to NO until everything is in place. Then when you want to have your feed added, change the ‘Include feed in importer’ switch to YES.
