Go to VOUCHERS / Manage Vouchers and click on the ‘Add New Rule’ button and enter the details for the voucher code, then select the product(s) for the gratis copy. For ‘Apply’ select ‘Percent of product price discount’ and for ‘Value’ enter 100. Then ‘Save Rule’. On the Manage Vouches page, select the ‘Go to codes’ link and then copy/paste or export the voucher code for the gratis copy.

You should then send the end customer their voucher code, and they go to glassboxx.co.uk/token where they enter the code and their email address, after which they download the Glassboxx app, log in with their email address, and the gratis copy audiobook and/or ebook will be waiting for them.

Alternatively, to make it even easier for your end customers, you can send a link already containing their voucher code glassboxx.co.uk/token?token=vouchercodehere. This will automatically populate the code so all the end customer has to do is click on the link you send them and enter their email address. They then download the Glassboxx app, log in with the same email address, and the gratis copy audiobook and/or ebook will be waiting for them.
