Glassboxx send emails in the following circumstances:

• For orders placed using the Vendor+ options, Glassboxx sends an order confirmation email to the end customer.
• For orders placed using the Vendor+ options, Glassboxx sends a confirmation email to recipients of gift purchases.
• On the publication day of a pre-ordered book, Glassboxx sends an email to let customers know that their books is available for download

For orders sent to Glassboxx using the Sales API (ie. using the Vendor option), no emails are sent by Glassboxx. Your website that took the original order from the end customer is responsible for sending out the order confirmation email.
