How do I add a book as a pre-publication review copy?
Updated
To add a pre-publication review copy, that you are distributing to reviewers with a Glassboxx voucher code:-
- If you’re using the CONTENT UPLOAD / Add Single Book, just set the Review copy switch to ON (green), upload a cover image, enter the other mandatory book details and upload the asset files.
- If you’re using the CONTENT UPLOAD / Manual Upload or using the Automatic upload, after uploading your books, go to BOOKS / Manage books, supply the mandatory details (book information, cover images and asset files), and once the upload has been processed, filter the books to be made review copies and then choose Select All from the selection drop-down followed by ‘Set as review copy’ from the Actions drop-down.
