Why do my customers get the message ‘We couldn’t find the product: ” in the Glassboxx checkout?

If you’ve added Buy Now buttons or add to basket links to your website, and the book with hasn’t been added to Glassboxx, your customers will see this message in the Glassboxx checkout when they click the Buy Now button/link on your site.

To resolve this

  1. add the book, cover image and asset file(s) to Glassboxx using one of the CONTENT UPLOAD options,
  2. remove the Buy Now link from your website,
  3. make sure the Buy Now link on your site has the correct ISBN13 for the book.
