My customers say the Glassboxx voucher code I’ve given them isn’t recognised on my site

Glassboxx voucher codes only work in Glassboxx, so discount voucher codes generated in your Glassboxx vendor admin panel can only be redeemed against purchases made using the Glassboxx checkout. If your site uses it’s own ecommerce functionality, to allow your customers to use a voucher code on your ecommerce site, you should manage voucher codes for your own site in the way you always have.
